Vastus Medialis

The vastus medialis is one of a group of four muscles called the quadriceps. They are in the front of the upper leg and control knee extension. A weak vastus medialis can prevent you from fully straightening your knee, causing pain and sometimes buckling.

A prescribed exercise program using the CAB™, when followed faithfully, will improve both the peroneals and the vastus medialis.
